As you can see, we have a new theme. As well as a new icon, in celebration of the Cory/Lea candids and what is to come for Finchel. As we speak, an FAQ section is being put together, because it has come to our attention that people keep asking the same questions over and over again and we really only have so much patience before we snap and get sarcastic. Meaning, we will turn on anon later as well.
I am also going through the fanfic list and checking to see what is happening with all the stories posted, if you have a story you would like to see on the list, submit it. Feel free to recommend a story and if it is something we like, we’ll add it to the list.
We would really like to thank you all for following us and sticking around. Here’s to more Finchel (and possibly more Monchele)!
Hi! Your tumblr page is uh-may-zeeng! :)
I have one quick question. Is it true Cory and Lea are engaged? I read it in an interview that was reblogged from one of my friends. I just copied & pasted it here, if you don't mind reading :) thnks!
Interview with Cory Monteith;
Interviewer: Congrats on your engagement!
Cory: Thank you. *smiles*
I: So, tell us! How did you propose?
C: Well, the cast was going to New York to film our Nationals episode and “Finchel” as fans call it had a scene together and I had been having the ring with me for a while. When we were on a break, we were just talking and I just.. asked her.
I: And she said yes?
C: She freaked. She started crying and kept saying “yes” over and over. It was really that simple.
I: Were you nervous?
C: Of course I was! My palms were sweaty so I couldn’t hold her hands like I wanted to, I didn’t want her to get grossed out while I was trying to propose.
I: That’s sweet. So can you give us any spoilers on “Finchel”?
C: *smirks* You’ll have to wait until next week to find out!
I: No fun! Everyone’s been waiting for so long.
C: Let’s just say the Glee kids have a LOT of fun and they’re all really, really happy. For a while.
I: That’s it?
C: That’s it.
I: Alright, alright. I’m sure some people want to know more about you and Lea’s story.
C: Our story? *laughs* Our story’s pretty freakin’ crazy. *pauses* I think you should have Lea tell you that one.
I: Okay, we’ll ask her when we see her. Are you excited about getting married to her?
C: Yes! I can’t wait. Lea’s one in a million. She’s amazing. I never, never would’ve thought that I would find the one I wanted to be with by a television show.
I: She probably gets asked this a lot, but is she anything like her character on the show?
C: *contemplates* I want to answer this carefully because she’ll probably read it and get mad at me. She can be like her, in some ways. She’s very neat, very organized and I love that because I’m not. But she’s not bossy or self-centered at all. She’s really the sweetest, most charming person I’ve ever met.
I: I’m sure she says the same about you.
C: I hope so! *laughs*
I: So was it love at first sight for you two?
C: Well, I was definitely attracted to her. And I think she was, too. But she had a boyfriend at that time, so I don’t think it was love exactly. I could be wrong though! I just never believed in stuff like that.
I: You’re both so different. How do you get along so well?
C: I know, we are! It’s crazy, but we fit so well. It’s true what they say, opposites attract.
I: Lea seems perfect for you.
C: Lea is perfect. She’s bubbly and happy and optimistic and that’s the perfect attitude for life, I admire everything about her. She’s also really funny. A girl oughta have a sense of humor! *snickers* she’ll love that I said that.
I: Your engagement pictures are lovely.
C: Thank you. Dianna actually picked out the one where I’m looking down at her. She kept saying “you look at her as if she’s the only person in the world!” It was funny.
I: You do! You do look at her like that! It’s a good thing, girls love it.
C: *smiles* Thanks? Lea is the kind of person that will stop at nothing to capture your attention -as if she needs to try! She just draws you in, it’s natural for her. So it’s really easy to pretend like she’s the only person in the world.
I: What kind of wedding does she want? Small? Big?
C: Lea likes things to not be a big deal. But she happens to have a really big family - a really big family - and tons of friends, so it’ll probably end up being huge.
I: I wish you tons of happiness in your future.
C: Thank you! I have a strong feeling that as long as I’m with her, I’ll be happy.
Don’t mean to be rude, but if you really are a fan of Cory and Lea, you’d know that this wasn’t real. Yes, we sure wish they were engaged to be married and all that good stuff, but Lea is dating someone else. And all the pictures that just showed up of them in New York is them filming scenes for Finn and Rachel.
This interview is made-up, and adorable as all hell, but not true.
